As part of the 4-phase project to provide a complete new school building with a biomass wood pellet boiler, the School will benefit from near carbon neutral central heating. Phase 1 of the Project incorporated a new plantroom, designed to accommodate future phases.

The design of the services included passive ventilation to classrooms and took into account provision for future rainwater harvesting and sprinkler systems.

The School, with an occupancy of 390 students, will eventually incorporate fourteen classrooms with commercial kitchen facilities and a floodlit Astroturf sports pitch.
