This Project is located on the site of 4, 6A & 6B Woodlane, the original houses being owned by the Association. This Project involved the demolition of No.s 4, 6A & 6B Woodlane to provide land for the development of a three storey building providing accommodation and re-training to encourage the occupants to re-enter employment This is supported by a two storey block of self-contained flats providing the facility for those progressing into employment to become more self sufficient.
The buildings are located in a Preservation Area, therefore the appearance of the buildings and their associated services required careful thought to ensure their successful amalgamation into the local surroundings.
