Design of two class 1000 Clean Rooms, undertaking research into tropical diseases.

BJP undertook the design, specification and supervision of the Clean Rooms. This included six safety cabinets, supply and hepa filter air discharge, piped services (including medical gases), comfort cooling as well as the ventilation and piped services to the general laboratory serving the Clean Rooms.

Refittin of fire damaged Laboratories 1.41 and 1.45

Contract included the replacement of two 10,000 Class Safety Cabinets, gases, ventilation, lighting and electrical services.

Project management of total re-fit including structural and building works, design, specification, tender and supervision of all Mechanical and Electrical Services. Also, liaison with the cabinet supplier and co-ordination of supporting services.
