St. John's Bath

St. John’s Primary School in Bath is currently at the detailed design stage and is due to be tendered early 2008.

The School, with an occupancy of 315 students, will include eleven classrooms with kitchen facilities and Astroturf sports pitch.

Services design included roof mounted photovoltaic panels, rainwater harvesting and low energy lighting and controls systems.

The classrooms have been designed to be naturally ventilated with passive ventilation systems incorporating stack ventilation and CO2  monitoring.
