Francis Close Hall - Learning Centre Expansion

Francis Close Hall, Learning Centre Expansion formed part of the Campus's Research Resource, being housed partially within the confines of a Listed building. Consequently, alterations were subject to the consent of The Heritage Trust.

The project entailed the refurbishment and upgrade of the ground floors of the South and East wings, with minor power and data works within the West Wing Main Library. The work was carried out in phases. The buildings are constructed of stone facades under a riged tiled roof.
