Southmead Hospital MBU

Mother and Baby Unit

The new Mother and Baby Unit (MBU) was constructed alongside the existing Glouster House Administration Block at Southmead Hospital, Bristol.

The Unit provides mother and baby living accommodation incoperating en-suite facilities, kitchen, dining area, soft play area, assessment area and nursery for up to three mothers and babies. The extension was construceted in accordance with the latest Building Regulations on behalf of Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.
