Trouble Shooting

Since the completion of the conversion of this Grade 1 Listed Stately Home into a prestigious hotel, noise problems, plant failures and overheating had persisted in the kitchens and adjacent rooms.

The main Hotel kitchen overheated to the extent that there wer serious concerns regarding the health and safety of the chefs. A bedroom above the kitchen could not be let due to overheating and noise transmission from the kitchen.

To define the problems and the respective causes, BJP undertook noise monitoring and logging, mathematical heat load analysis and site surveys.
