Winsford Cottage Hospital
Winsford Cottage Hospital is a Grade II* Listed building, originally designed by the esteemed Architect C.F.A. Voysey and built in 1899-90.
BJP was commissioned by Landmark Trust to provide the M&E services design for the restoration of the Hospital to create high quality accommodation and a community resource.
The Project entailed the strip out and replacement of the majority of the M&E services, installation of a new low temperature hot water heating system, domestic hot and cold water services, lighting, power, fire and security. The Project also involved upgrading the incoming power and water supplies.
